Little Heroes
Our toddler program is designed to give children ages 3–5 their very first introduction to the world of Jiu Jitsu. These preschool BJJ classes are fun and engaging, keeping children active while learning. We focus on each child’s individual abilities, meeting them where they are and helping them grow from there.
Preparing for the Future
The Little Heroes program allows us to create a foundation for your child. They set off on their Jiu Jitsu journey with fun games and slowly progress to learn new skills and techniques. Their mental, physical, and emotional development can all grow from here.
Playful Training
We like for our toddler students to have fun while learning Jiu Jitsu. They get to play Jiu Jitsu-based games that they may not even realize is Jiu Jitsu. This is a fun training session that helps build their passion for the art.
Skill Assessment
This class is also set up to help us see where your child is at. We base every student individually on their abilities and place them to learn things they are ready for. They are set on a path to grow into future kids classes and advanced programs.
