Daily Martial Arts Training

Jiu Jitsu teaches respect, courage, problem-solving, and perseverance. Students participate in daily training, learning techniques, teamwork, and positive habits that transfer into home and school life.

Leadership & Life Skills

Through structured lessons and hands-on experience — including our leadership block assisting Little Heroes on Tuesdays and Thursdays — students gain communication, teamwork, and responsibility skills.

Positive Role Models

Our instructors and staff provide mentorship, structure, and encouragement. We believe in modeling strong character and helping students grow into disciplined, confident leaders.

Brightwheel Parent Portal

Parents receive real-time updates, notifications, and communication through Brightwheel, creating transparency and peace of mind throughout the afternoon.

Daily Schedule Overview

Our program follows a consistent, structured routine each afternoon.

3:00–3:30 PM
Arrival, Brightwheel Check-In, Snack & Hydration

3:30–4:10 PM
Quiet Study / Personal Responsibility Time
(Reading, journaling, reviewing school material — not a tutoring service)

4:10–5:45 PM
Jiu Jitsu Enrichment Class + Leadership Skills Block

Leadership Block — Tuesdays & Thursdays (4:30–5:00 PM)
During this portion of class, students work hands-on in our Little Heroes Program, practicing:
• Communication
• Responsibility
• Leadership
• Mentorship
• Supporting younger teammates

Monday, Wednesday, Friday Focus
These days follow the same schedule above and include:
• School pickup
• Snack and reset time
• Enrichment activities
• Jiu Jitsu training

5:00–5:45 PM
Beginner Kids Jiu Jitsu Class

5:45–6:30 PM
Advanced Kids Jiu Jitsu Class + End-of-Day Activities

Parent Pick-Up Information

Pick-up times are aligned with our youth training schedule to protect the structured flow of the program:

• 5:45 PM – after the Beginner Kids class concludes
• 6:30 PM – after the Advanced Kids class concludes*

Parents may choose whichever pick-up window works best for their family. *Coach Approval Required

Transportation Service

We offer transport-to-training from select Azle ISD elementary schools.

All staff operating transportation are trained, background-checked, and logged in Brightwheel. Students are checked in the moment they enter the vehicle.

Tuition

• Founding 10 Families: $125/week
• Standard Tuition: $149/week
  Billing is handled securely through the Brightwheel platform.

Enrollment is capped based on van capacity, safety ratios, and class structure.

Optional Additional Services

• Laundry Service: 
  • 35 dollars per month
  • Weekly uniform washing service
